Roller press is new cement saving energy grinding equipment and developed in the middle of 1980s, can replace the system of ball mill competently or in partial, it is characterized by low consumption and lower noise, also reform the old factory. After selecting the equipment, may increase output of 40-100% for ball mill, fine material of 0.08mm covers 20-55%after material cake is pressed, less than 2mm covers 65-85%, Internal structure of fine material is filled with many small cracks, the grind ability is improved greatly. The roller surface is used heat built-up welding; It is convenient to maintain the abrasive layer.

It can displace the low efficiency and high consumption ball mill in part or completely. Reduce the steel consumption and nose. It is suitable to not only new plant but also technical revision of old plant. Raise the output by 40 to 60 percent and reduce the power consumption by 30 to 50 percent. The material that its fineness is 0.8mm covers 20 to 35 percent after aqueezing the material. The fineness is less than 20mm which is covered 65 to 85 percent. The inner structure of small lump is filled with microdefect. Improve the easy abrasivity. The roller face is heat weld buildup. It is easy to maintenance in the abrasive layer.
